Job Responsibilities

Responsible to prepare work progress and realtime visualization dashboard via Project.
Management Software base on URS.
Responsible to follow up daily Project e-ticket and action items.
Responsible to drive the team towards target dateline.
Responsible to present weekly updates to team.
Responsible to improve process map when necessary.

Job Description

To plan and execute project management plan
Work closely with team member to meet project date line.
Single point of communication with customer on project updates.
Updates process flow when necessary.
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Ensure the implementation and operating effectiveness of the ISO9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard requirements.
